Chamber/Rebarrel
This service applies to bolt actions only. Barrels are dialed in to .0002 T.I.R. on the chamber end. We meticulously check and indicate. Once we are dialed in, we cut the thread tenon and counterbore on the barrel. Then we check to ensure the barrel is still .0002 T.I.R. to the bore. Next, we cut and fit the barrel threads to the action. Before the final fit of the action, we indicate the curvature of the bore and time the barrel to ensure the curvature in the barrel is pointing up. Once this is achieved, we check one more time to ensure .0002 T.I.R or less is still holding true. Finally, we do our predrill and counterbore. Followed by one final check to ensure the best possible alignment before we chamber the barrel.
